These Terms of Use for HPRC ("Terms") are in addition to, and supplement the
Hewlett Packard Enterprise ("HPE") Terms of Use which includes
HPE's Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the HPE Terms of Use.
To the extent of a conflict between these Terms and the HPE Terms of Use, these Terms shall apply.
Use of HPRC
HPE is granting use to the HPRC proprietary service tool in order to facilitate the performance of HPE services.
Any use of the HPRC proprietary service tool shall be in accordance with the HPE Terms of Use, these Terms,
and the applicable services agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the HPE Terms of Use,
your use of HPRC shall be limited to business use with HPE. Personal use and use for information exchange
between multiple non-HPE business partners is specifically prohibited. The HPRC login credentials may not be
shared with any other user without the express written permission of HPE.
Use of HPE Materials
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the HPE Terms of Use, you may use HPE Materials (including
software) in order to receive the applicable services in accordance with the terms of the services agreement.
User Submission
Any User Submission provided in the HPRC shall remain your property. Any such User Submission will be treated by
HPE as your proprietary and confidential data and shall only be used by HPE to the extent necessary to perform the
applicable services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the HPE Terms of Use, you may submit personal
data into the HPRC; however, prior to uploading any User Submission that contains personal data, including
personal health data, you agree to the following:
You will notify HPE as to the nature of the data
You will encrypt the data using appropriate security standards
You will not include the decryption keys/algorithms/etc. in the HPRC
You will enter into any additional agreements required to handle the transfer of such data
You will comply with your corporate requirements and applicable law
You will use SFTP, FTPS, or HTTPS file transfer protocols
HPRC Limitations
HPRC is not intended for permanent storage of information. Data submitted to HPRC will be periodically deleted and
cannot be recovered. HPE will not be responsible for any lost data. Disk capacity limits may impact your ability to
upload files into HPRC. HPE makes no warranty of availability of HPRC.
